PRESS RELEASE
The rescheduled Investigation Hearing into alleged contraventions of the Local Government Act 2001 and the Code of Conduct for Councillors by Mr Tommy Reilly, former Councillor of Meath County Council, will be held by the Standards in Public Office Commission (the Commission) in the offices of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland on 13 and 16 June 2025, beginning each day at 10am.
Attendance by members of the public and the media will only be facilitated online via Zoom. Anyone wishing to observe the hearing is asked to contact the office by email via complaints@sipo.ie before 4pm on Thursday 12 June 2024 to register their interest. Remote login details will then be provided.
Please be aware that the Commission may, where it considers it appropriate, direct that the whole or part of any hearing be held in private.

Background
