Appendix 3 Transcript of Investigation Hearing – 9 May 2016

The attached is a transcript of proceedings from the investigation hearing held on 9 May 2016, and is included as Part A of this Appendix. Where evidence was heard in Irish, the English transcript reflects the language used by the interpreter who was translating live at the hearing.

Evidence heard in Irish has also been transcribed in the original Irish from the audio recording made at the hearing. In accordance with the agreement made at the hearing, this transcript was made for the use of the Commission. It is included here as Part B of this Appendix.
